Position: Warehouse Freezer Associate Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Freezer Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing success of Silver Hills Bakery, which aims to motivate individuals towards a healthier lifestyle. You will engage in a vibrant and fast-paced production environment, gaining the chance to acquire new skills while collaborating with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Adhere to safety and quality protocols established by the company.

· Identify, select, wrap, and prepare outgoing products within a freezer setting.

· Conduct material handling, inventory management, cleanup, packaging, and other essential tasks in processing and manufacturing.

· Uphold a safe and tidy workspace by organizing shelves, pallet areas, aisles, and workstations; maintaining a clean shipping supply area; and complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations. Report any issues as necessary.

· Ensure product integrity by storing items at the correct temperatures and reporting any discrepancies.

· Process orders by managing requests and supply orders; retrieving materials; packing boxes; and organizing orders in the delivery area.

· Move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment throughout the facility, both manually and using powered equipment.

· Verify, weigh, and count materials and products.

· Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicle systems and equipment, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage.

· Complete all documentation and reports accurately and promptly.

Requirements, Skills, & Qualifications:

· Valid Forklift Certificate.

· Ability to lift 25kg consistently.

· Capability to work in a freezer environment (-18°).

· Basic knowledge of RF and computerized Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

· Flexibility to work various shifts.

· Basic mathematical skills.

· Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Positive attitude is essential.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.
