- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and employee feedback, providing regular reports to management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of technical systems and software applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Communication: Communicate technical information to non-technical employees, ensuring they understand the solutions and recommendations provided.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will be able to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
