The Senior Vice President of Product at Globys, Inc. will lead the product marketing, product management, and product development teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team dedicated to the complete product life cycle, with a strong emphasis on fostering sustained growth. The SVP will formulate a strategic vision and roadmap aimed at enhancing the value of Globys products for existing clients while also launching new offerings in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire product life cycle, maintaining a sharp focus on market dynamics and client requirements.
  • Regularly evaluate market conditions through research and client interactions to uncover growth opportunities and product improvements.
  • Identify, validate, and prioritize product development projects, establishing robust business cases as necessary.
  • Manage product pricing strategies, refining current models and creating new ones as required.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to define and implement a product roadmap, taking into account market trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in developing successful enterprise software solutions.
  • A minimum of 6+ years in leadership roles with a focus on team development.
  • Experience in design with a solid understanding of user experience (UX).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in tracking and maintaining key product metrics.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
