Vice President of Marketing

Join IMPACT Health as a Vice President of Marketing, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our outreach and engagement strategies within the health, education, social services, and community sectors.
Job Overview:This leadership position requires a dynamic individual who can allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs. You will be responsible for establishing major departments and overseeing senior staff roles, ensuring that our objectives align with the overall mission of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to achieve organizational goals.
- Authorize the formation of key departments and appoint senior staff members.
- Coordinate activities across various regions and divisions.
- Set strategic objectives and approve relevant policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Select and empower middle managers and directors, creating optimal working conditions for success.
You will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
