About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Dairy Queen Duncan. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including complete meals and individual dishes, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the preparation and cooking areas, to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that we are providing excellent customer service and meeting our business objectives.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food products to ensure that they meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
