Server - Food and Beverage Services Professional

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Heritage Indian Cuisine Ltd. as a Food and Beverage Services professional.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to customers' needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
