Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following recipes and special customer orders.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
- Prepare special orders and decorate cakes and baked goods.
- Train staff on baking techniques and procedures.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude.

- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
