Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Taylor Convenience. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
