We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NYALKARAN CORPORATION.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, ensuring excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to improve business performance.
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing for extended periods and walking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent work term.
- 32 hours per week.
- English language.
