Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's a/o Dendres Corp. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity.
