Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's a/o Dendres Corp. This role is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Assist in determining the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
