Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's a/o Dendres Corp. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns and ensuring that customer needs are met.
- Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
