Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain category and brand expertise to inform brand strategy development
  • Partner with North America Business teams to support Canadian market initiatives
  • Identify business opportunities based on trends and track results
  • Lead key projects for growth and margin enhancement
  • Execute marketing campaigns and manage budget
  • Support pricing and promotional strategies
  • Represent the company in sales and retailer meetings
  • Provide backup assistance to the marketing team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • Experience with cross-functional team projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
