**Job Summary**

Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the RW&CO brand to new heights. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth, championing innovation, and guiding the brand to achieve its full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability across Canada.
  • Lead the development and execution of merchandising, planning, and allocation strategies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing and visual presentation strategies to enhance brand identity and customer engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the brand departments, including sales, operations, and customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for business initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive innovation.

**Requirements**

  • 15+ years of experience in retail, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior executive role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
