Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, customer seating area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of coffee, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
