Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing essential features of CapIntel's offerings.

Technical Development:

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Quality Assurance and Optimization:

  • Enhance applications for optimal speed and scalability, utilizing techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and effective state management.
  • Implement comprehensive frontend testing strategies using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium to guarantee application reliability and usability.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and support quality assurance processes, engaging in thorough testing and validation of developed solutions.

Assume a mentorship role for Junior and Intermediate Engineers, guiding their technical growth and assisting in overcoming challenges.

Lead by example in technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth within the team.

Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and frameworks, advocating for their adoption where they can enhance product performance or development workflows.

Commit to maintaining high-quality standards through regular code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of professional experience as a full-stack or frontend developer.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience in writing comprehensive automated tests to ensure application reliability and integrity.
  • Ability to diagnose and prevent performance and optimization issues.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts and propose thorough iterative solutions.
