Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Helper to join our team at All Canada Contracting & Renovation Ltd. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the site is safe and well-maintained.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to prevent environmental damage.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from the site to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure they are in good working order.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights as required.
  • Physical stamina to work long hours in a physically demanding environment.
