**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver services to client personnel on the highway utilizing BCRS TMA equipment.
- Validate and adhere to safety protocols.
- Report improper or hazardous work practices and conditions.
- Identify emerging workplace risks and implement measures to uphold safety standards.
- Maintain trucks in accordance with manufacturer specifications and monitor mileage to optimize fuel efficiency.
- Develop positive relationships with clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**Equipment Setup, Maintenance, and Inspection**:
- Set up and maintain traffic control equipment.
- Regularly inspect devices to ensure safety and compliance.
**Traffic and Pedestrian Direction**:
- Direct traffic, pedestrians, and workers at road construction sites.
- Clear communication is crucial for effective traffic management.
**Public Interaction**:
- Interact with the traveling public.
- Maintain a positive attitude while representing the company.
**First Aid Duties**:
- Provide first aid within your training scope and WSBC requirements.
**Additional Labor Tasks**:
- Be flexible and perform other labor duties as needed.
Keep up the great work in contributing to road safety
Qualifications:
- BCCSA TCP Certification
- Arrive on time for work
- Be willing to work with others.
- Great communication skills Strong safety mind
- Participate in the daily toolbox meeting.
- Able to lift 25-40lbs
- Be always professional
- **Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working as LCT.**:
- Excellent communications skills
- **Must have drivers licence**
Expected hours: 20-40+ hours per week
