Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Construction Helper to join our team at All Canada Contracting & Renovation Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Helper will assist our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and performing routine maintenance work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Assist with tasks related to education, experience, and support for newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
