About the team and the position

Our People team is essential in identifying and nurturing exceptional talent to fulfill our mission, and we need your expertise.

As a People Partner (our term for HRBPs), you will contribute to making Robinhood an exceptional workplace where our team members can flourish. By collaborating with various client groups, including our Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs (LCCA) Department, you will implement crucial people initiatives across the teams and assist our leaders in addressing some of the most challenging issues in the financial and technology sectors. This role within the People team will aid in establishing and sustaining initiatives, managing operational workflows, and delivering programs that empower individuals to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Advise and influence senior and executive leaders on addressing critical and complex business challenges by partnering with our top leaders in LCCA.Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives by collaborating with business leaders to proactively grow, develop, and engage our talent.Coach and support managers by leveraging change management principles, ensuring their success from onboarding through the entire employee lifecycle.Work with other People team members to effectively communicate and implement organizational changes.Provide guidance on compensation structures and ensure internal equity by collaborating closely with our compensation team.Support people operations and manage complex projects, working in tandem with the business, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and fellow People Partners.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 7 years as an HRBP.Experience as an HRBP in a more established or later-stage company within the technology sector, as well as in an earlier-stage, high-growth, fast-paced environment; you possess an enterprise mindset.High adaptability and readiness to change as priorities shift.Expertise in building trust-based relationships with leaders at all levels.A profound sense of empathy and understanding for the needs of diverse groups.Ability to balance strategic partnership-building with effective execution; you adjust as priorities evolve.Capability to drive initiatives forward through strong project management skills.Expertise in analyzing and utilizing people data to convey a narrative and translate it into actionable strategies.
