Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across different work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on logistics performance.
  • Organize maintenance and repair schedules for equipment.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and recommending strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to assess team effectiveness.
  • Assign, review, and coordinate work tasks among team members.
  • Manage requisitions for materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain and organize inventory to ensure operational readiness.
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures to meet operational goals.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the logistical operations of the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will oversee a team of 16-20 individuals, guiding them towards achieving operational excellence.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Windows.
Work Conditions

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or a related field.
