About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at RDM Logistics Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging training for staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
