Position Overview

The Logistics Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our operational processes at BILLA LOGISTICS INC. This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within logistics or transportation
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize daily operations
  • Coordinate and organize tasks to achieve operational goals
  • Oversee the logistical operations of the organization
  • Plan and manage the operational logistics efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports
  • Ensure the effective functioning of computer systems and machinery
  • Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair services
  • Address operational challenges, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality
  • Delegate, assign, and evaluate work among team members
  • Order and manage materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Maintain and organize inventory efficiently
Work Environment

This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
