Design Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Team Member to join our team at Equitable Life of Canada. As a key member of our Brand Impact team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our design function and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality design services that meet business needs and expectations.
  • Manage the creative production process, ensuring timely delivery of projects and maintaining quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain design dashboards, track project status, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor design team capacity and assign tasks to freelance graphic designers as needed.
  • Work with internal clients and external vendors to resolve project challenges and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain inventory and tracking systems for marketing collateral and forms.
  • Manage relationships with printers and promotional material vendors, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of team processes and programs.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Graphic Services and/or Print Production role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite, with experience working on both Mac and PC platforms.
