Émile Bilodeau et fils inc is seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your duties will include hiring and training staff, establishing work schedules, and organizing and maintaining inventory. You will also be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers, and selling merchandise to customers. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
* Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
* Establish work schedules
* Organize and maintain inventory
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
* Sell merchandise

**Requirements:**

* No degree, certificate or diploma required
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment

**Working Conditions:**

* 40 hours per week
* Temporary work term
* Work language: French
