Ricart Inc Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ricart Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities across departments, and monitoring the movement of supplies and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate activities across departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics operations and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Estimation: Estimate materials and labor required for projects and ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Dispatch and Follow-up: Dispatch personnel and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Track shipments and manage inventory to ensure accurate and efficient receipt of goods.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Negotiate rates and ensure compliance with regulations to minimize costs and risks.
