Job Description

Our client, Randstad, is seeking a seasoned Data Governance Program Manager to spearhead the establishment of a robust Data Governance strategy and framework across the organization. This strategic role will enable business growth while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive adoption of the Data Governance framework.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Data Governance strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Data Governance practices into existing processes.
  • Monitor and report on Data Governance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Data Governance program management.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
