Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Trishiv Food Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure that they are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified food service staff to join our team.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage the budget for our food service department.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Food Order Summaries: Prepare food order summaries for our chef.

  • Skills Translation: Support Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market.
  • Flexible Onboarding: Offer flexible onboarding options to allow Veterans to gradually adapt to the civilian workplace.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Cultural Competency Training: Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Support for Mature Workers:
