Position Overview

As a key member of our animation team, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual storytelling of our projects. Your expertise will guide the creation of high-quality animations that resonate with players and enhance their gaming experience.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize animation principles to produce top-tier animations that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Animation Director and design team to establish a clear vision for animation quality.
  • Analyze game design requirements to determine necessary animations for various character behaviors.
  • Adapt existing animations to align with established brands and create new animations as needed.
  • Implement and refine animations within a game engine to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a diploma in a 2D/3D animation program.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the video game sector.
  • Proven track record of creating animations specifically for video games.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a solid understanding of animation principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of human anatomy to inform character movement.
  • Proficiency in Maya or similar 3D animation software.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine is advantageous.
  • A comprehensive portfolio is required with your application.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential for effective communication.
