Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Duke & Lion Family Co.

Job Summary

The Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Restock supplies, clean equipment, and maintain the overall appearance of the food service counter.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
