Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at 1st RND DT Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, preparing and cooking meals, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account food allergies and intolerances
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a standing environment for extended periods and maintain a high level of physical fitness.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
