We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Culinary Expert to join our team at Immigrate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing a variety of dishes, with a special focus on authentic Thai cuisine. This role requires a strong commitment to food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and a dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of complete meals, as well as individual dishes and food items, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

2. Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of food, supplies, and equipment. Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure the kitchen is always well-stocked and prepared for service.

3. Kitchen Hygiene: Clean and sanitize the kitchen and work areas regularly, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.

4. Thai Cuisine Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Thai cuisine to prepare authentic dishes, following traditional recipes and maintaining the cultural integrity of the food. Experience in Thai cooking is an asset but not mandatory.

5. Sauce Preparation: Prepare a variety of sauces to complement the dishes, ensuring they are made from high-quality ingredients and following the restaurant's recipes.

6. Allergy Management: Prepare dishes that cater to guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions, ensuring all meals are safe for consumption and free from cross-contamination.

7. Recipe Adherence: Follow original Thai recipes, ensuring portion control and presentation specifications are met as set by the restaurant. This includes maintaining consistency across all dishes served.
