Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Menu Planning and Inventory
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
    • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu plans that meet customer demands and quality standards.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, supporting data-driven decision-making.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff performance, training, and development.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
    • Permanent position with a minimum of 30 to 35 hours per week.
    • Work language: English.
