About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Culinary Specialist to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet our high standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance on kitchen operations and procedures.
  • Supply Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and order equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
