Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
