Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to annual marketing plans and budgets, aligning with corporate goals and product roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain market and competitive analysis reports to inform product and sales teams.
  • Develop innovative marketing programs and campaigns to nurture the Octasic brand.
  • Manage media buys and develop focused marketing strategies for print and digital advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on software and hardware technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights.
  • Proven track record of developing digital campaigns with associated tracking and reporting.
  • Subject matter expertise in a variety of technologies and markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the defense and national security markets.
  • Knowledge of semiconductors, hardware platforms, and software design tools.
  • Understanding of software-defined radios, telecom networks, and AI/ML for wireless applications.
