We are seeking a qualified Registered Physiotherapist to provide community-based physiotherapy services to adults in Durham Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide ministry-funded physiotherapy services in clients' homes
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
- Collaborate with clients and caregivers to achieve optimal outcomes
- Document assessment findings, care plans, and progress
- Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Experience in community settings or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
