Community Physiotherapist Opportunity
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team in Durham Region, ON.
The successful candidate will provide ministry-funded, community-based physiotherapy services to adults in their place of residence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform physiotherapy assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers.
- Provide education to clients and caregivers and link to community agencies and resources as needed.
- Complete and maintain documentation related to assessment findings, care plans, and progress.
Requirements:
- Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience working in a community setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an inter-professional team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
