Job Title: Construction Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Construction Electrician to join our team at Maple Contractors Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various construction settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and connect electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment
  • Maintain and repair electrical systems, including troubleshooting and fault-finding
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to achieve project goals
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure electrical systems are functioning properly
Requirements:
  • Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
  • Valid trade certification and WSIB clearance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with electrical systems in construction settings
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
