Key Responsibilities- Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Dust and polish furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable and clean sleeping environment.
- Disinfect operating rooms, changing rooms, and other areas to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Clean and disinfect elevators to ensure a safe and clean environment for our guests.
- Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide basic information on facilities to our guests to ensure they have a positive experience.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Launder clothing and household linens to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
- Work in a team environment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
