Food Service Worker

As a Food Service Worker with Compass Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare, present, and serve meals that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare ingredients for meals, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers, to prepare and cook meals.
- Present meals in an attractive and appealing manner, adhering to established presentation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- FoodSafe Level 1 Certification.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Previous food service experience is an asset.
