Your Role
BDO Law's Immigration Practice is seeking a US Business Immigration Attorney to offer legal counsel and representation within a thriving immigration legal framework. Engaging with a diverse array of non-immigrant and immigrant matters, particularly in the economic/business class sector, you will also undertake the following responsibilities:
Advocate for clients across various NIV and IV immigration issues Assess and implement strategies to address clients' business requirements and minimize risks Provide guidance to clients and staff regarding updates in immigration legislation, regulations, and their implications Evaluate legal challenges to formulate and execute legal and application strategies Conduct research on statutes and case law Prepare clients for immigration interviews and/or port of entry submissions Draft, oversee, and track the progress of immigration, visa, and citizenship applications while preparing essential documents Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation or information for applications Mentor, supervise, and train paralegals and caseworkersDefining Success in Your Role

You have over 3 years of relevant experience in immigration law You are a member in good standing of a US Bar (dual license with Canada is a plus) You possess strong research and writing abilities and are skilled in drafting written communications You can work independently and are dedicated to client service You are detail-oriented and highly organized You have a robust work ethic driven by a desire to excel and succeed You are proactive, capable of multitasking, and adept at managing competing priorities You thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands You are motivated to embrace technological advancements and IT solutions that enhance client experiences You have a passion for managing workflows and processes You are a collaborative team player who values kindness.The salary range for this position is $104,000 to $156,000.
