About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Technical Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our Ecommerce platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our Ecommerce platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and testing plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to improve our Ecommerce platform and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Ecommerce development and technical leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in PHP, Java, and front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Ecommerce platforms, including Magento and Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
