We are seeking a proficient ServiceNow Solutions Architect to enhance our operations.   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with various ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions in accordance with business requirements.

  • Ensuring that solutions adhere to best practices in ServiceNow modules like CSM, HRSD, or Sec Ops.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for the successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Keeping abreast of advancements in ServiceNow technology and best practices.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Participating in the upgrades and enhancements of ServiceNow.
  • Leading and managing ServiceNow projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Conducting training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
