Position Overview:

The Infrastructure Support Analyst will play a crucial role in the operational management of our server environments, both on-premises and in the cloud. This position entails overseeing the functionality of various systems, including Active Directory, Citrix, VMWare, Azure, and Oracle Clouds, as well as managing Windows and Linux servers, storage solutions, and backup systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with different departments and IT stakeholders to meet project goals and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and provide support for server environments, including Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify potential risks, proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
  • Analyze system performance and generate regular reports highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Manage daily ticketing processes efficiently.
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure conditions to swiftly address any issues or outages.
  • Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and updates of server infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the overall IT strategy and roadmap.
  • Adhere to established documentation and standards for all supported technologies.
  • Take initiative to enhance system performance and travel as necessary for related tasks.
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft MCSA or MCSE, with a preference for Azure Administrator; a degree in Engineering is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with the following technologies:
    • Windows Server (2008 and later)
    • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Certificates
    • Citrix technologies and load balancers
    • Enterprise storage solutions
    • VMWare ESXi and vCenter
    • Backup and disaster recovery solutions
    • Azure cloud services
  • Proficient in troubleshooting network issues and understanding network protocols.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.

  • Willingness to work outside standard hours for maintenance and urgent issues.
