About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a tangible impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate Client Orders: Work closely with service technicians and sales consultants to oversee client order administration, including processing payments and managing inventory.
  • Manage Client Information: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, rental, and inventory information using our Navision software.
  • Coordinate Equipment Rentals and Sales: Assist clients with equipment rentals and sales, including coordinating pickups and deliveries.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree or diploma from a post-secondary institution or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathy and Respect: A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with databases, including Jobber and Navision.
