Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Indian Head Bakery. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a food service environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
