Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate kitchen equipment and appliances to prepare food and beverages.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure that all kitchen areas and equipment are clean and sanitized at all times.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliability and punctuality.
