We are seeking a skilled Tile Floor Layer to join our team at ASM QUARTZ. As a Tile Floor Layer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining tile floors in commercial and residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring and marking surfaces.
- Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and other materials as needed.
- Set tiles in place and apply pressure to ensure a secure fit.
- Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings.
- Pack grout into joints and remove excess grout.
- Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
- Lay and set mosaic tiles for decorative designs.
- Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite.
- Mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces.
- Install tile strips.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in tile installation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Physical stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
