What is the Opportunity?

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Private Banking team as a Client Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and creating a tailored experience for our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow client relationships and increase revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven client service skills and excellent organizational abilities.
